Do I need a Will?
We are often asked by our clients: “Do I need a Will?” Our answer: “Yes, absolutely!”

At Sambanis Family Law we can also assist by putting in place a valid Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA). An EPA is a legal document that outlines who will manage your financial and/or legal affairs should you lose capacity to make decisions for yourself. For example, if you were in a car accident, having a valid EPA would enable your Attorney (the person you appoint as responsible for managing your affairs, for example your adult child) to make decisions on your behalf, such as continuing to pay your bills and medical expenses, and making decisions about your medical care.
